Ending the Cycle

Hey there! I have been using this app on and off for about the last 18 months. I love it! What I don't love is all the excuses I have come up with during that time frame to not log my meals (which allows me to eat "un-clean", not to exercise and as a result I was back to my starting weight from the beginning of my journey. The good news is that things are different this time. It's not a diet, it's not a program.... It's a life style change. I have engaged online groups and friends that are going on the same type of journey and the difference now is also that our focus is not on losing weight, it's on being healthier that we have been. If you focus on good health then the weight loss and inches measurements become a byproduct - not the goal. If I can wake up each day and feel healthier than I did the day before, then that day was successful. If not, then I use this app to go back and see what choices might not have been the best - then I build a little bridge and get over it! Good luck to everyone that is on the path to better health!
