Just wondering what everyone is doing for meal prep this week?

    Options
    Two different meals. The first is buckwheat, steamed veggies, and shredded chicken. The second is mashed sweet potatoes, baked salmon, and asparagus. Then for breakfasts, I already made my egg & veggie fillings for English muffins this morning.
