Hello! I am a new SAHM. My son is 3 months old and is a 24/7 job which makes it tricky to fit in the exercise some times. Dieting is also tricky since I am breastfeeding and can not restrict my calories to drastically. Currently I am trying to hit a healthy 1700 cal minimum and working out at least 3x per week - Mostly walking and yoga. Looking forward to this new chapter in my life.

Hello! My son is soon to be 3 months. I'm missing workouts as well. I must say that breastfeeding is contributing to substantial weight loss. I was 214 lbs pregnant. I am now 159 lbs. I need to work on my intake as well.0
