Iv got 56lbs to lose. Mum of a 10 month old :). Im just eating healthily and within a calorie deficit. Not massively changing my diet as it was a reasonable 'normal' healthy diet anyway, just need to not eat as much! Exercising at least for an hour a day, YouTube videos, mountain bike, walking or gardening.. Doesn't matter what it is for now as long as I do an hour a day. Would love some people to join me on my journey. I'm new to MFP so please bare with me as I get used to the app! Please add me and I look forward to chatting with you all! Let's do this!!
