I don't understand the progress chart, PLEASE HELP??

I've been using my fitness pal for 4 days now and have been using the progress chart to record my weight loss. Now I understand that the pounds are on the side of the chart but I don't understand what the numbers on the bottom are? For example 9/24. At first I thought these might of been the dates but then they were all different. Please help?!

    These are the dates, the dates are gonna change unless you just log on one day? Or am I missing the point?

    Those are the dates. They should be different for each day you log a weight. I am not certain why they wouldn't be corresponding correctly though. Perhaps there is some information in the tech support section?
