Anorexia recovery weight gain rate

Options
Hi guys. I have been in recovery for almost a month now. So far I have gained around 15 lbs! But I'm unsure what this really means? I feel huge but is this actual weight or still water weight? I have only been on a 1600 calorie diet so I feel like I'm gaining weight super quickly. How long does weight restoration take? And will my metabolism start increasing more than this? Any advice or facts would be really helpful!!!!!!

I've been in recovery myself! Weight restoration is different for everyone depending on your specifics of your disorder. However, once you up intake, &your body grows used to that much, your metabolism will spead up! Mine has through a few relapses and has stayed up this time I've pursued recovery&stayed in 1yr solid now. Keep going, it's so worth it!
