Hi, I'm 23 years old and at my heaviest. I am 5'8" & weigh 250 lbs. I average 150-170 lbs. with muscle. This last year was rough for me; homeless, still on going custody battle, and being diagnosed with PCOS. I've been getting down for I struggle with mental illness and I'm restricted to exercise, determined by PT, my protein goes straight to my urine so I added whey protein powder GNC to my daily diet (found out I was only so aiming 6-800 cal/day! Not good!), and started treatment for my PCOS which effects weight. Looking for suggestions, encouragement.
Thanks.
Thanks.
