Hi my name is Paula I'm 38 and as of Thursday will be 23 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 I'm concerned as I was 3 stone over weight bfore pregnant and rapidly gaining( eating wrong stuff ) but I suffered with gestational diabetes with last pregnancy so hoping if I can get diet under control I may not suffer this time so please add me message me thanks
