Hey everyone, so rather than stressing about how much I have to lose, today I decided to weigh myself, and decide to just concentrate on losing one stone. Does anyone want to join me?

Weigh yourself either today or on your next official weigh day, take note of it and come back here each week to note down your loss until one stone is gone? And when that's gone, we'll forget all about it, and make a start on the next one (But we don't need to think about that yet)
