Trying to find the right weight for me...

Lost weight but gained some of it back so I'm back on here alas. Right now I'm about 10 over what I was before but I'm honestly not sure if I want to get that low again because I got really lightheaded and sick. I'm a multiple days a week Krav Maga practicer who is adding Jiu Jitsu soon and I'm just trying to find my right weight where I can add muscle comfortably. Sorry for the rant but I could use some accountability partners if anyone is interested?
