The reasons is I was staying up all night yesterday studying and ate rice, protein powder and milk that were not on my diet plan. I was holding back my desire in get out and buy a jar of ice cream so hard that when I wokr up this morning, I instantaneously grabbed cash and went out to buy some sweet. I could control myself a little better after a small walk and only bought a bar of ohhenry which is 280cal.
However, I found eating raw rice helpful because it kinda make me lose appetite.

Before enrolling school, I was a very fit model but I gain so many weight since the day I started studying. I really want to lose weight but I found myself cheating my diet more or less than 200-500cal everyday which is holding back my weight lose that Im just gonna keep writing what made me cheat on this thread. So if you guys have some kind of similar experiences, lets talk that out!0

How much weight are you trying to lose? How restrictive is your eating habit? If you open up your diary I am sure you can get some helpful feedback. Everyone cheats on their journey, it comes down to how bad you want to change.0

Im trying to go back to 47kg from 56kg now by this upcoming Christmas at the latest. I just cook my meal for the entire day at once in the morning and divide that into 3 as breakfast lunch and dinner. The problem is that I have to concentrate on studies and I often feel the need to eat sth to have some rest in the midde of the studies, espcially late at night... I think that is a habitual, conventional and empathetic excuse for eating sth extra. Im like, poor me, having to study this late! Yes tou deserve to eat sth now.
Which turns out disgusting to me after the time passes.0 -
Try drinking tea (herbal at night) or coffee while you are studying instead of eating.
How tall are you? Unless you are a little person, 47 KG sounds like a VERY low goal weight.0
