Hi everyone! I'm Izy and I'm super new to this app Used to be severely underweight, but slightly higher than I want at the moment. Really just want to be more aware of my calorie-intake, nutrition and exercise levels. My goal is to be in the lower-mid BMI range and hopefully tone up a little bit ^^
