I've been thinking about ditching the gym for a bit (bills are high but i might switch to a lower cost gym that is a bit further away). I've been thinking about alternative exercises that i could do at home (apartment). My co-worker swears by the beachbody program but since i live in an apartment i can't really do the p90x serious is there is a lot of jumping, etc. However, I was thinking about PiYo - has anyone tried it and what success have you had with it?

Any and all feedback with PiYo would be great!

If you enjoy yoga, but get kind of bored with the slow pace, Piyo is great. I liked it and did a month of it after I finished insanity. It was still a good challenge and improved my flexibility and helped me maintain my strength and weight loss. With proper diet, I could see someone losing a weight and seeing muscle definition from it.

Just for the record, yoga most certainly does not need to be slow
