This is my fourth week on my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I feel like I have a great handle on my nutrition and now I just need to work on the fitness aspect of my journey. I got on bodybuilding.com and looked up plans and found the 12 week Live Fit plan. It looks fairly fool proof and simple and just what I was looking for. I feel like I've just been kind of going to the gym and doing whatever looked good with no real goal in mind.
Any tips or ideas other than the Live Fit plan? Anyone ever done that plan?

It's a high-volume, 4 day split with lots of isolation exercises, so it's more for advanced bodybuilders. There are better programs out there for beginners or those who don't want to bulk up. NROL4W and Stronglifts 5x5 are pretty popular here.0
