Hi guys
Ive been a fitness pal user for probably about three years in total. I lost about 4 stone and then over a year put most of it back on...holidays and a fun social life and not counting calories does that i guess.
But im.back and im trying to get friends here as it may keep me more motivated.
Im aiming for 1200 calories a day at the moment.
Any low cal meal tips for a vegetable-phobe?
