Anyone know how many calories are in their Whoopie pies? I read somewhere it was 220 but I'm not sure.

Their website doesn't seem to have the calorie information for it, but a slice of their Red Velvet cake has 740 calories. I would compare the size of the Whoopie Pie to the size of the slice of cake and estimate. I don't know how big it is, but 220 seems low for something like that.
  • I'm guessing I shouldn't eat one.
  • I bought one but haven't eaten yet and now I'm afraid to because I usually don't consume a dessert over 300.

I don't know what your goals are, but I don't know why you "shouldn't."
  • This is how big it is.

I don't know how big that plate is or how big the whoopie pie is compared to the slice (which has 740 calories). If you knew how large it was compared to the slice of Red Velvet cake, you could try to estimate how many calories it has.
  • I'm just not sure anymore

    I know it's like a 3-3.5 inch pie

I have no idea but it sure looks good! We have one of those places around the corner. Hmm. I might have to splurge on one this weekend.
  • I decided to not eat it, gave it to my sister and she says it tastes like a red velvet Twinkie lol. I love their Brownies tho. Only 308 which to me isn't bad.

STOP! Do NOT eat that. To keep you from being tempted I recommend you package it up right now and mail it to me. I will dispose of it properly for you. You're welcome. :)

Seriously, why not eat half today and half later in the week?
  • Lol idk, I guess I love eating things whole. Fasting until thanksgiving but will still have my sweets just as long as they r in my calorie range.

FWIW, I had the best ever whoopie pie the other day. I found it at a country store in Central PA. It was made with the really good fluffy icing in the middle. Next time I get to Shippensburg I will be getting another one.. Or 2... Or 9.
