I am Karin and I live temporarily in Dexter Oregon. I have been up and down in weight my whole adult life. I really want to lose these 40 lbs. This time I'm so serious as I am now 68 yrs old. For my health as well as my emotional well being. I hope to be able to ride horses again..and getting into a size 10 again will be an event to celebrate...anyone close to me?
