Looking for any friends really for support and trying to get as much info as possible. I know there are people who are/have gone thru the same would love to hear advice from you guys and if your just starting like me we can do it together. Also if your looking to lose weight I can help there too as I'm in this situation as I lost 7 stone in 3 years so no how to lose and use could help me. Please add
