Literally eating all the sugar in my house this week then starting a proper diet and exercise regime.
BUT problem is I react to sweat, my skin feels like it's on fire and since I gained this condition I avoid exercise hence weight gain.
Any advice, tips?

I'm the same, I do a lot of walking, which makes me more hungry. I also sweat loads and always go very red when I'm walking, I hate it0

MFP is set up for you to eat back some/all your exercise calories. That said, you don't have to exercise in order to lose weight.0

It is like to say "Drinking water makes me want to pee" or "Eating food makes me want to poop" duhh of course exercising will make you hungry and you SHOULD eat some of that cal back ( idk I eat all of them and I'm fine) but try to eat more protein it will make you feel fuller longer.
