Friend-hunting Welshman!

Hey guys,
So I would like to say I'm new to this - but I'm really not. I forgot when I was 18 I set up a MyFitnessPal account - and totally forgot about it. Anyway, this being my 2nd account, I'm hoping to be a bit better!
I'm Huw, 22, and a trainee accountant from Mid Wales, UK. I used to be a massive sportsman/fan, until a few injuries unfortunately postponed my rugby lifestyle. Unfortunately, with my current sedentary lifestyle, and my love of sugar and junk foods, I have piled the pounds on over the years, currently at my highest and most embarassing weight, in excess of 17 1/2 stone.
My goal is to drop 3 stone from my current weight, though I would take a significant decrease in Body Fat over the weight loss, otherwise I'm a naturally heavy and muscly person.
If anyones got tips, or wants to share their story, become friends, they are more than welcome - we're all in this together!
