Eat more food/calories. Ice cream, peanut butter, smoothies are good if you don't like eating. Gaining weight can be pretty easy if you just eat some calorie dense foods0

Try to focus on getting as much nutritionally/calorie dense foods as you can. Make sure you use full-fat versions whenever possible (whole milk, cheese, and yogurt, cream, butter and oils, nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocado, fatty fish and marbled meats). Eat things that you like and enjoy and it will be easier.0

Try healthy, high fat foods. Popular ones are olives, almonds, peanuts, cheese, avocado. Use cream (not milk) in your coffee. Also include coconut oil, olive oil, and avocado oil in your cooking and baking. Wish you the best!0
