So ive been going to the gym for a while now and I eat relitivly healthy, but for some reason I feel like my results aren't as noticeable as I'd like them to be. I mean everyone tells me I look good (BTW I was never heavier than 127, I'm 5'6 1/2) but I still feel like I wanna lose more of fat and gain more muscles should I be doing something different. Any workout routine? Or maybe a protein I should take

What exercises are you doing currently?0

I do like 3-4 miles on elliptical like 3-4 times a week & then just do ab excerisies and weight machines for my arms and legs , different days tho0

Deadlifts... cant say it enough FULL BODY WORKOUT0
