Losing Weight

Hey everyone! So I'm kinda new and I really like MFP and I think it's kinda working out for me. Is there anyone willing to share how they lost their weight , eg. What you ate, exercise and yeah. I want to lose around 40kg and I will work towards that goal.

    I did it this way

    1. I started weighing logging and counting all my food...in grams no cups and spoons.
    2. I created a deficit ( eating less than i burn)
    3. I started moving more and burn around 250 to 350 calories for 6 days a week
    4. I have patience and dont flip out over fluctuations
    5. I eat it all from "junk food to healthy" A balanced diet and what i would like to eat that day.
    6. I pre-log a day ahead or longer.
    7. I kept it simple. CICO
