Hi All!
I'm a bit late in joining the community here but I have started up with a diet/healthy lifestyle since 7th September 2015. I was getting too overweight and I was sick of looking in the mirror and of clothes not fitting well on me!
So, I started with a weight of 226 lbs in September, joined the gym and reduced my calories to 1500 daily. I primarily do cardio mixed with some weight machines. I have now lost 23 lbs in 8 weeks. I would like to reach a healthy BMI range which probably means I need to get around 155 lbs - so a long way to go yet.
Then, of course my greatest challenge will be to find the right maintenance level so i don't put back all that weight! So, let's encourage each other - we'll need all the help we can get!!
