I'm a 70 year old who just started using MFP in conjunction with the Y's Lose to Win program. I'm one week into the program and have tracked each day. Pretty proud of that since I hate tracking.
I have about 150 lbs to lose and always get a few weeks in and then get bored, give up or just don't give a dang any more.
Sure could use a journey buddy or two who has a good positive sense of humor to help make this journey continue a long time.
My depression and arthritic body make exercise rough right now but have been increasing my steps each day. Slow but sure.
