Back on the MFP Wagon

I've had some success with MFP in the past and then something has prompted me to get lazy or think i'm on top of it. Usually going on holiday or other fun things.

I've had a PT at the gym since about July 2015 and have found that my fitness has improved, but I'm not losing any weight as such.

I'm getting married in April 2016 and I think I'm just going to have to be more robust in my approach. The digital scales are out and my goals are adjusted! I just need to try and stay motivated with both food and exercise, and be forgiving of myself if I do slip up rather than feeling like I've totally failed.

It's good to know there are people with similar goals on here and who have already achieved so much. It makes it feel like it's possible to achieve my goals too.
