Feeling Sick

So for the past 2 nights before I go to bed, good day, feel good, but when I lay down, I feel so nauseated. I get this sensation in my throat where it's like I have either gas or the feeling I need to throw up and it's worrying me. It got worse last night, so I took a stomach pill and reclined. I felt nauseous for a bit but it finally went away. I also experienced dehydration during this and even when I drink water, I felt so sick to even try to drink it. I eat the same thing everyday (Newks chicken Caesar with raspberry vinaigrette and I load it up with cheese and croutons for my carb intake for when I workout) it has never made me feel nauseous and I'm scared it will happen again. What is this? Underweight? Indigestion? My mom believes it's my diet too but I'm not sure, all I know is that I hate it and I have enough stress due to college for the semester. I don't have time to be sick and I just want it to stop. I feel fine now, but I'm scared I'll get nauseous again tonight.

  • It also feels like there is acid in my throat that keeps giving me that sensation. Do I have excess acid?

  • I can reassure you I'm not pregnant. I'm a virgin and I took an antacid which helped a bit but I'm scared it will happen again. I did eat a lot of cheese and buttered croutons in my salad too. My mom said I did look sick for how thin I am and I even feel sick.
