Been here since Feb of this year

I'm going slow, had the flu in Feb and lost 11 pounds, decided to try and NOT put it back on so I joined fitness pal. Since then I have maintained and lost 4 more pounds. I cut down on portion size and watch calories and sodium. So far so good! I'd like to lose another 5 or 10 so will stick with it. I also go to the gym twice a week.
