Type of workouts?

I'm trying to lose 10lbs, but dont know what type of workouts i should be doing? Need help asap?

    Walking, running, weight lifting, swimming, badminton, tennis, soccer, rock climbing, yoga. Find something that you enjoy and you will burn much more efficiently than something that you find a chore.

    Weight loss requires a calorie deficit, not exercise. But for fitness, it's good to do strength training, and some form of cardio or sports. Alternating the 2 on different days is one approach. You'll have to find a schedule that works.
