Not sure which food selection matches the one you put down that stomach ... Always highball ... Can never trust especially when eating out!!

My favorite highball:
Although, I agree, when I eat a restaurant with no nutritional info available I compare similar entries and usually pick one of the higher ones. I also eliminate anything too low by looking up known basic ingredients with the USDA site mentioned above. The entries should at least be above the sum of the ingredients, but likely a lot more for hidden oils and other goodies used to make it taste better.0
