Hi at the moment I'm 5ft 6 and 26 years old. I weight 11st7 and have a body fat percentage of 34%( yikes!) I just wanted to know how long it would take me to lose 2 stone and what foods would be best. Thanks

2 stone is about 13kg so you are probably looking at around 20-30 weeks.
As for food anything goes, plug in your details into MFP, get the calorie goal, stay at or just below that number and you will lose weight.0 -
If you plug in your information, just set the rate you want to lose at in there. 1 to 2 lbs per week is the usual rate of loss.0

I lost 28 pounds in about 15 weeks just doing CICO and walking about 3 or 4 times a week for 3 miles. Good luck to you! You can do it one good choice at a time.0

I started off at 11 stone 3. It took me around 4 months to lose 2 stone
Everyone is different however - put the effort in and make sure you're tracking everything and you won't have a problem.0
