Hey guys, I am 28 years old, 5.8 height and 260 pounds, I looking for the most effective way to loose weight, I know that is different for many people but I did some research about intermittent fasting and it kinda makes seance to me, I just started like 2 days ago and I feel good, I do get hungry most of the morning until my lunch time at 12pm before I have my first meal and then wont eat again at 4pm before getting of work at 5:30, then I exercise for about 1:30 to 2 hours walking, jogging and some push-ups, I do some sprints up and down stairs.
Has anybody else tried it before? Any tips, of what to eat, training etc?

I forgot to add that my goal is to go down to 185 pounds and to build muscle, get cut and get me a six pack. I give myself about 10 to loose the extra weight.0

The most effective way to lose weight is use a method that will help you be consistent. It all comes down to calories in vs. calories out.
Gaining muscle while eating at a deficit is not very likely. Many people will go thru "cut & bulk" cycles after they reach their goal.
Strength training while eating at a deficit helps you retain more existing lean muscle mass.

Look up arguablysamson on this websight. He lost something like 163 lbs in 10 months with one meal a day. I've been doing something similar for 10 weeks and have list 28 lbs.0 -
Some people are very successful doing IF to lose weight. Lift weights now.0

I'm doing IF (eating between 9am-5pm) and I find it a great way to maintain a caloric deficit. I do all of my cardio and strength training fasted as well. I take a preworkout stimulant before training and sip on zero calorie cordial with added creatine and BCAAs before and during workouts.0
