    Hows your energy level?
It's weird how I'm eating the same amount now as I was eating before I started exercising and I havenf list any weight. Surely the calories expended during exercise should have made me drop a pound or two?!

But how much were you eating before? That's really the question here I think. Even with circuit training you should be losing weight with a healthy calorie deficit. You could lose weight without the circuit training to be honest.

I'm wondering if you're actually building lean muscle that's compensating for the fat loss. That could explain why your dress size hasn't changed at all. How do you track your BF%? You seem to do a lot of cardio but are you actually burning the amount of calories that you think you are? How do you track it? I'm like many of the guys on here, you look absolutely hot the way you are but you're not on your journey for any of us. You have your own goals you want to achieve.

A good (and amusing) read for anyone. If it applies to you, it may be a wake-up call.

If you're profile pic is you, I think you look great and are more than likely in line for a body recomp to meet your goals as USMCMP said.

Thing is with body recomps, you need to be pretty spot on with both your food and your training.....and they can take a long time to really see results.

You might have to eat smarter. I'm also in the gym 6 days a week and have done so for more than 10 years now. some years I'm heavier and some years I weigh less.

Cut exercise in half. Reduce that cortisol.
