These are my two favorites:

Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts Slaw
Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Sesame Glaze

I also LOVE them cut into quarters and quickly sautéed with breakfast.

Toss brussel sprouts with a little olive oil or grapeseed oil. Sprinkle with sea salt, course black pepper and garlic powder. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, stir them around then bake them for another 10-15 minutes until tender.

I only eat them roasted w garlic, black pepper and ceyenne. But I eat them roasted at least once a week.

Cut them in half. Sauté with garlic. Maybe even a little bacon.
