Not new to the site, but new to having MOTIVATION

Hello all. My name is Kelsey and I have never been super tiny. I am 21 years old and currently weigh 136.8 (I'm 5'2"). I am looking to get to 110.

I have done "diets" and "workouts" before, but they never lasted more than a few days or weeks. I have been on track for 7 days straight, and am SO proud of myself. I know 7 days isn't a lot, but my mind is different this time around.

I plan to keep everyone updated with my weight my workouts, and meals. I am being coached by a friend who lost over 100 lbs in a year.

I'm looking for some people to help support me, and who I can help support as well. I want to make this fun! Add me :)
