p90x, insanity or heavy lifting?

Which would be best? I am about 60 days into power 90 (with good results so far) and trying to decide what to do next. I have lost 50lbs. and have another 20 or so to go. Which would help me get there the fastest and look good once I get there? I'm not real sure I could do insanity. I had plantar fasciitis for 3 years, which I just got over a few months ago. What little I've seen of insanity worries me that it could re-injure my feet, so at the moment that's at the bottom of my list. I have seen excellent results from all of the above on here. If I'm going to go with heavy lifting, I won't wait until my 90 days are up because I'm a teacher. I would like to get good form down before school starts back...so I can learn during the day while the gym is pretty empty.
