Labels Vrs MFP

Hey,

I bought a No Fat Greek Yogurt and scanned the barcode onto my phone the container says it has fibre in it but on MFP it says it is N/A for fibre. What do I do ?

    Use what the label says. Mfp has a lot of foods that are manually entered by users and there are a lot of errors or incomplete entries.

    Always go with the label, the nutritional data in MFP is added by users and is notoriously incomplete. Likely the person who added it to the database didn't care about fibre and didn't bother adding it. You can edit the entry if it is wrong.
