How do y'all remember to log everything?! I need this for the accountability!

    If you have complete control of your diet, meaning that you cook for yourself, and don't have to cook in big batches for other people, then you can pre-log everything you're going to eat the night before. That's what I do

    I at least prelog what I plan for day. It helps me navigate my food choices. My MFP app has a notification at each meal and that helps too

    i log what i am going to take to work the next day so i can plan at least 2 meals and some snacks and leave enough so when i come home i don't have to be so hard on myself.
