What to set goals at ?

Curious as to what everyone has their daily goals percentage set as ? ( carbs, fat, protein ) also i always seem to be over my sugar goals i do eat alot of fruit appreciate any info

    I let mfp set it for me so its still the default setting. Its currently set at 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat, that fits in well with my diet and i mostly stay under, tho i do go over on sugar some days but im still losing so not overly worried.

    30/40/40 carbs-fat-protein seems to be popular. That's what I always had mine set to. I'm experimenting with my macros at the moment though, so they're constantly changing lately.
