Hi There all, I am new to MFP but not new to dieting etc! whilst I lost over 3 stone originally it has slowly crept back on and I an nearly 2 stone heavier than I should be or want to be.
I am going to make this work although have to be careful that I don't overdo everything as my running must come first. this is because I am training for the London Marathon in 2016!

anyone else here a runner? and training for anything big like London or another marathon/ultra or any race tbh.
