I do water arebics on Monday and Wednesday's from 8 to 9am. Lots of jumping and arm and leg stuff.

    I just started the 0-1650 program this morning. Once I complete that I'll start looking up intermediate swim workouts and pair that with Strong Lifts 5 x 5. Should be a good first several steps to regaining some of my fitness.
