When looking at packaging of uncooked meats (like Hillshire sausage), when it says 2oz, is that cooked or uncooked? I'm worried I've been doing cooked when it should be uncooked and I am under recording my calorie intake.

Meats should be weighed raw, not cooked. If it is to be weighed cooked, the package usually states "Serving Size: 2 links (cooked)". You could always double check by e-mailing Hillshire Farms, but the general rule is that most meat is to be weighed raw unless otherwise is stated on the packaging.0 -
