Getting Back On Track

I did Weight Watchers a few years back. I lost 30 pounds and become a Lifetime Member. I moved to Pennsylvania and there was only one meeting I could go to a week. I wasn't too keen on the leader and stopped going. Two years later, I gained all my weight back. So here I am on MyFitnessPal. I've decided to try out MyFitnessPal to get myself accumulated to tracking my food, water, and activity again. Once I get my weight back down, I'll probably be back at Weight Watchers. I do have a Fitbit linked to MyFitnessPal, so that should help me with my activity level. Hopefully this will help me get back on track!
