Burning quads now????

Hi everyone!

I recently started working out like 4-5 times a week...mostly doing P90X, Zumba, and the squat challenge. I never worked out "routinely" before so I know my body is not used to all this good stuff! But I noticed that lately when I stretch my legs out and/or squeeze my quads, within a few seconds I start getting this burn that radiates through my quads...almost like a cramp but more of a burning feeling. It last for a few seconds and then its gone. Is this normal, or did I injury myself???
