XL GLIDER

Did 2.5 miles in 37 minutes today. Glider puts no stress on knees or joints. Love it better than walking.

    I think I need one of these gliders. My kneecaps act up so much when repetitively bending my legs, yet I'm trying to get more cardio fitness.

    It looks like you could squeeze your glutes nicely while doing the back motion. True? I'd love for my cardio to still be good for glute work, lol.
