Is there any way to properly log the amount of calories you burn doing those? I have the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and I can't figure out how to get all those on there the right way

Everyone is going to be different. Depends on your weight, and how much you bring it.
My suggestion would be to save up and buy yourself a heart rate monitor.
I'm 5'10" at 141lbs and I burn anywhere from 320-365 depending on the day.

I really recommend getting a heart rate monitor, at least long enough to see how the MFP numbers add up and tweak them, then you can return it. But otherwise, I add it as circuit training.

Bump. Heart rate monitors start at under $50 for a basic no-bells-or-whistles model (check out Omron brand). I have a Garmin FR60 (replaced my Polars that I had 4EVr) and I LOVE it. You can upload your training very easily to their online website, see it on a graph, and compare your progress from previous workouts. After awhile, you will see a lower heart rate for the same effort...the signal that you're making huge progress in fitness, and your body is becoming better at burning fat for fuel.

Walmart as a HRM for $50. It's not the fanciest, but it gets the job done.
