Breakdown & diet

How do you force yourself to eat healthy, regular and smaller portions when you've just had/trying to escape a mental breakdown, lost a job and been dumped all within 2 weeks and live alone with no support and mobility problems? How do you stop emotional eating when you're just trying to survive?

    Talk to your friends or family if they are a good support system, or seek professional help if they're not. Don't succumb to self-destructive behaviors. Tell yourself you're doing this for you and no one else. Take control of what you can and let go of all the rest.
