I never prep my food for the next day...

but I did last night! And honestly totally forgot I did until I logged on here and saw that I had already tracked it too!!! I need to make this a habit! SO much easier not to have to figure out what to eat for the day while half asleep!! Now to incorporate getting up earlier to work out!!!!!!

    I hate when I forget to prep the night before... it screws my morning up and I'm rushed. :s So much easier doing it the night before! :) Good luck on getting up earlier to workout... I recently started workout before work (again) and it makes me feel SO much better in the morning. Both are great habits!

    Prepping ahead is the only thing that makes this doable for me. I would never have time each morning to weigh my food/snacks for the work day and pack everything up. Pre logging some things is a time saver too. I do that while I'm relaxing with the tv in the evening. :wink:

    I spend my Sunday afternoons cooking and portioning out my foods for the work week. Saves time, money, and keeps me on track all week long.
