Hi good morning/afternoon/evening
I am a 18 year old guy, 105 kg, 5feet 10 inches tall. I am fat since birth. I need help on meal plan and exercise that can help me experience being a physically fit person. I have no time going to gym because currently i am studying engineering. Thank you for help. (Sorry for bad english. It is not my primary language)

You don't need a specific meal plan. You just need to eat less than you burn. Exercise isn't necessary to lose weight, but if your goal is to be fit you'll probably want to find a way to fit a progressive lifting program into your routine three days a week.0

All that's required for weight loss, is a caloric deficit. Follow the number that MFP gave you and you'll lose weight.0

Thank you for advices0

Correct. MFP has the deficit already built in. You'll earn more calories (food to eat) through exercise. Good luck.0 -

If you feel it's enough, then that's fine. Lifting does have benefits, though, mostly ensuring that you lose little muscle while losing weight. You don't want to get to your goal and have that "skinny fat" look.0 -

i know a kid your age that lost incredible weight by just /simply cutting out sugar drinks
he was drinking cokes and sugary drinks at every meal
But I dont drink coke or softdrinks. I only drink it occasionally. Because my side hurts when i drink soda0 -

So keep trying to do one until you succeed. And then give yourself a day to rest and try again. And repeat. When I started, I could barely manage 6 push-ups. Now, working on it regularly, I can do almost 100.0 -
Wow. Congratulations. And thank you for the help xD0
