Hey everyone, I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 199.4 and a BMI of 34 
which was well into the obese range. Today I got down to 29.85!!! I am no longer obese, now I am just OVER WEIGHT!!! :happy: Wish I could figure out how to do pictures but I can't so if you want to see before and afters you can add me and check them out on my profile.
